I found a video at https://youtu.be/zBQPLzF940o. that explains how to copy a wordpad lric sheet to the T3. 
Is there any way to do this on a PSR3000?

The 3000 does not support text files, so the answer is no.

One possible alternative is an iPad, tablet or laptop.

You can copy/paste lyrics, chords and even music sheet.   

Probably not what you want, just giving you another option.
