Hello Friends
I am looking to replace my computer speakers at home.   For some time now, they have been acting up.   Sometimes there is no sound, sometimes they sound louder or lower, etc.   I had them for several years now, I think it is time to replace them.

I mostly use them to listen to my music from computer, YouTube, etc.

I am considering this Logitech model below:

It is very similar to what i have now.  But it is a different brand name.  Not familiar with Logitech brand.

Anyone has used this brand ? any good ?

For about $30 this seems like a good buy . . . they have speakers and sub

Any thoughts ? i do not want to spend more than $30-$40 tops.

thanks in advance.

That is what I have set up with my PC.

I also send the YouTube videos to my Wide screen TV and have the music come through those speakers and they sound really good to me.

I got mine from WalMart.

thanks a lot for your feedback.

I ended up with the Logitech Z313 model.   I got a coupon and ended up paying like $35.  The coupon only applied to this model, it did not applied to the other  Z213 model.

it is working well.

thanks again.

Bought my wife a set of Bose Companion 2 Series III for her computer to listen to music and they are awesome. Incredible sound from small speakers that take up little space on the desk.

Thanks a lot for your recommendation on the Bose Companion.   I still have the Logitech set that i purchased a couple of years ago a little after i posted the question here.

They are still working fine . .   . . . i will consider the Bose for next time if i need to replace them .......

Have a great day.

Logitech is an excellent company with amazing customer service.  I had one develop a problem some years ago.  I called Logitech and they said don't worry.  They shipped a new set that day, and told me to keep the old one.
I have had the same set of Logitech Z2200s in my office/studio for nearly ten years and they are still going strong.  I have another, larger set, Z5500s in the living room for surround sound.
I even used the 2200s for a few nursing home jobs years ago.
Can't say enough good about Logitech for the extremely low price.
