Almost impossible without losing a LOT of other tracks and quality.

In the old days, we used to use a Hall effect processor to cancel centre-miked parts of the track. This was used to help effects when using a Doldy surround processor in music and movie videos.
Karaoke software uses similar processor to cancel vocals, but you will still hear some.
