Styles have been optimized for the Tyros 5, but will play well on any model from the PSR S770 upwards without any need for tweaking.

Would you also entertain the idea of making custom styles?
For example I work on projects where I'm modernizing old classic hits, mainly Indian songs by bringing in modern percussion sounds, westernizing accompaniments, bass etc.

Hi,

Unfortunately that's not really my strong point. I am well versed in optimising something that's allrerady existing. Hence, for the moment I am focussing into breathing new life into much neglected styles from other brands, even adding sections from other styles to it where required.

To create something from midi is not something that I've done before. There are many who are extremely good at this allready. Also, I have many, many thousands of styles that need to be optimized to it's fullest potential. I find myself now retired againts my own will with nothing but time on my hands. I can eventually put all my effort into this, hence this new venture.

I've purchased a few styles from Yamahasoft recently and they inspire me by showing just what can be done to a style. It's no longer just about a good normal midi stryle, but also the effects and everything else that goes with it.

I agree. Yamaha made specific song styles are good .. especially for T5 and Genos.
Just a shame Soooo many are German beerfest or drinking/disco songs!😊👍
Many 'new' releases sound like from the 80's .. and these cant be filtered out on MSoft site.
