What does Control 80 and 81 do?

From the data manual, they are articulation 1 button on/off (low value/high value) and articulation button 2 on/off.

Only Tyros and Genos have articulation buttons, on PSR you can assign articulation effect to a pedal. Try recording a MIDI and pressing the pedal assigned to articulation, see if records a CC80.

Hi,
So, in Tyros 5 and Genos, these controls are useless! They could have put instead, in the Style Creator, the control CC64 and 66 that would serve better! Because to make a part of piano like a pianist (with sustain) proves impossible on these two machines because it is not taken into account neither with  recording nor with  reading! It's complete rubbish !
Really not professional !
