After several attempts to purchase I have to agree with Roger's reply above that maybe it's only PSR. Has anyone with a Genos successfully be able to get this deal. Nowhere on the page does Genos appear. Is this for PSR series and just works OK on Genos. Where do you shop for the FREE Pack? It's gotta be me that's messed up, it always is. Don in MI

Hello I cannot find any free packs, I log in to my account, select a pack and it shows up with price. I have PSR S970. Please tell me how you find the free ones.

Hi Toril,

Make sure that you are logged in to your account, then select one pack from the 'Voice & Style Expansion Pack' listings and press 'Add to Cart'.   You will see a 'Special Requirements' window pop up asking you to select an instrument.  If you have already selected your instrument (or you don't care which version of the pack you download), press 'ADD TO CART' here.

When the right hand side of the screen shows that you have added the pack to your cart, press 'VIEW CART'.

The display that opens should show the pack that you have selected and underneath there should be a section marked 'PROMO CODES'.

Enter the code in the box and press 'APPLY'.   If the code is accepted you should see a message at the top of the screen (highlighted on a green background)  confirming that the code has been applied.  If it is not accepted the message will say that the code is not valid and be shown against a red background.

If successful you should see the 'Cart Total' on the right side of the screen change to zero.

Now press ''PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' and complete the 'purchase'.  You will not be required to enter any credit card or other details.

You should now be able to download your free pack.

I don't know if the free pack includes ones not from Yamaha, such as those from 'KApro' or 'Easy Sounds' etc.  If you select one of those packs and the promo code is not accepted then this could be the reason!

You have to go through the purchasing process and enter the "promo pack code" and that's it.

Make sure you select the Voice and Expansion packs . Not the Premium Packs.

I did that first only to find out that the code didn't work. Once I selected the Voice and Expansion Packs section, I was able to use the code and download the Church Organ Pack that I now have for FREE!!

Thanks. I finally got a pack. I got a green light on the Greetings from Italy pack. Now I have it on my computer, so thanks for giving the hedasup, Chongjasmine!  Now I just have to find that dreaded YEM program to install the pack on my keyboard. Oh my, I am not a computer specialist, as you must be nowadays to play keyboard!

Thanks I got the Oriental Greece Turkey pack as it has the instrument Balaban (Duduk) in the voices and I have been searching for this instrument, I now just got to load it into YEM, I hate that part loading and saving.
