I have purchased a Gotek floppy to USB emulator for my PSR 650. Works well but can only download 1 floppy disc to 8gb USB stick.Does anyone know how to format USB stick to take 100 floppies as advertised.Thank you in anticipation..Regards Billt

Interesting question and I hope you share the answer with us if no one here knows. My suggestion would be to ask Gotek since they're the ones who made the emulator.

I have been using a floppy-usb converter for over 8 years. Send me your email address in a pm and i will send you the software and info. 8 GB usb is a waste as you use only 100x 1.6 mb for 100 floppies and you can't use the rest of the memory. Never mind, but Gotek should have given you the info and software. btw The info how to use and format is very clumsy as it is a sort of Google translation from Chinese, but it does work.

I have been using a generic floppy-usb converter several  years in my old Yamaha PSR 1000. Your KB is PSR 550?. 8 GB usb apparently is
a waste as you use only 100x 1.44 MB (144 MB)for 100 floppies.
At present, there is not another one at less 8 GB, except some old devices for 2 or 4 GB.
On the other hand, this device is only for the emulator. V120_SFD software run i n Windows XP, 7, 8.1 & 10. Pardon for my broken English.
Best regards.

Creo que la solucion, es particionar el disco de 8 Gb en 8 Partes de 1 Gb. y claro que se puede. Saludos!!!!
