Audo file 2 midi ??

Hi friends ,

there are software programs available which claim to be able to convert
Audio files in to midi files.

Anybody here who used such a software and can tell us  good or rubbish ??

I tried several but with no succes, the only program that comes near is Band In A Box - but succes, I doubt it.

RUBBISH Udo!  I tried this over some years and the result is crap. One or two clear sounding instruments in the audio might give a meager result. If it is a band playing let alone with a singer...... don't waste your time on it.
