Rotary On/Off Command

I use Powertrack Pro to produce SMFs to play on my Tyros 2.  I stay with the GM sy*** in order to keep the file compatible with other sound modules.  Everything works great except there are no effects on my organ sounds.  I need to know what sy*** to imbed in order to trigger the DSP rotary effect Off/On?

I just read a very detailed answer to a question posted here.  It gave me hope that maybe someone would be able to help me with my problem.  I have learned that a control message must be sent to stop/start the rotary speaker effect but I've not been able to determine what CC number and what MSB - LSB values to use?
