Genos outputs problem/bug report

I'd like to report a bug on Genos.Step by step

In menu, select Line out
change Aux to Sub 3-4

Adjust Style Rhytm1 and 2 to sub 1 and 2
Adjsut Style bass to Sub 3 and 4

Adjsut Song ch 10 (drums) to sub 1 and 2
Adjsut Song ch 2 (bass) to Sub 3 and 4

Connect 6 seperated outputs to the mixer
Play a style ..
Now you can hear 6 outputs work as it's supposed to be..Genos must keep adjustments

Than turn off and turn on (reboot Genos) again
Go to line out menu
As you see; the settings you've made are same..But..
play a style..Sub3-4 outs works as Aux out as you can hear..
Genos do not keep the settings after reboot

Touch to Aux out and than touch Sub3-4..settings back now..

can someone try this?

Don't assume that will happen. Please take a minute and call Yamaha and report this. Thanks!

In the manual Line Out is listed as a setting that can be saved in Registrations.  Does this include the sub/aux 1 - 4 as well.  Not near my keyboard at the moment so can't try for myself.

As with ALL arranger keyboards, certain items will revert to default upon shutdown. That's why we have registrations and parameter lock features.

Sorry, but you know wrong.

I used Tyros 2 3 4 with 4 outputs and Tyros 5 with 6 outputs and Audya with 6 outputs..it never happened before..it is a bug of Genos

Registration settings don't fix this problem..

I really don't understand; why you write an answer before try? Do you thing i didn't try?

When you reboot Genos it seems Sub3-4 selected but work as Aux..it is a bug!

you have to put this in your registrations its the same as tyros 5 this is so easy and also save the full bank if you look at the memory put a tick in things you want to save in your registrations you also got that Right you Realy dont understand   Genos is a dream to work

Yes you can put output settings to registrations in Tyros 5, tyros 5 keep settings in memory and works well..

but you can not do same on Genos...becouse of the bug..

I tried everything! with or without registrations..but no way!..By the way sub1-2 works very well, as it's supposed to be..

Hope Yamaha will fix this soon..

You probably did this already but just to double check.

did you put a check mark in line-out for saving registrations  ?    I usually check all 14 items in saving to registrations.

Please verify that line-out is checked as one of your items for saving registrations.

Save to registration and then turn keyboard off. When turned on see if saved it into that registration.

It is indeed a big bug, already tell this and others bugs to yamaha guys, waiting for the new firmware....

this waiting is killing me!
