USA Online Member Product registration

Hi

I tried today to register at:

https://member.yamaha.com/myproduct/regist/product/

And There is not possible to select GENOS Yet.

Any experience?

I have the same problem. I was able to register at the link provided here, but the Yamaha Online doesn't recognize my Genos. It shows the Tyros 3, but no Genos.

I purchased two Premium Packs and had to get my money back from Yamaha.Musicsoft.com
Every time I tried to import it the Yamaha Expansion Manager, I kept getting the message
"Unable to log into Yamaha Online Member- Try again."
I called Musicsoft and they gave me the Yamaha tech support phone number.
They kept blaming each other and I found no solution. I keep wondering if it has something to do with no being able to register the Genos on the Yamaha Online Member website.

Have you bought  any Premium Packs and install it successfully?
By the way, the free ones can be install to the Expansion Manager without any problems.

You need to register your keyboard by using the instructions that came on the white slip of paper in with the manual. It requires your product ID and Seriel Number which is on the box or under the Genos. Once this is done you will be able to get on to Music Soft OK.

I am to try that again. I think I was not given the choice to enter the product ID.
Http://member.yamaha.com/. It has preset models- such as: Tyros and PSRs. and no Genos.
I will get back within a few minutes and report my new try.

I tried again and got the same result. I even tried to register the Genos in the UK website since it has the choice for the Genos (the USA doesn't have a choice for Genos) and it didn't work.

I decided to try something new. I took a different laptop, also with Windows 10, installed the Yamaha Expansion Manager and copied the Premium Packs, entered the Online Member for proof of purchase and IT WORKED.

I went back to the other computer and uninstalled the YEM and reinstalled it anew, and I got the same problem. I would like to know what is causing that.

Now, I can move to another problem.
