Hello to everyone,
do you know by chance if the psr s975 is compatible with the foot controller yamaha mcf10?
Could i change the A B C D sections of the style and the registrations?
Thanks in advance
My best regards

I have an 970 (so not too different from a 975?) and have used an MFC10 with it for over ten years, now — so I suspect that it should be compatible with your 'board, too? (My apologies for the delay in responding to your question, but as a 970 owner I don't stray into the 975 section very often).   😊

I did write a document about how to make the MFC10 talk to my 970: Joe posted it on the previous incarnation of this site, but it isn't easy to find (FYI, it's HERE). In it I describe how to map the MFC10 footswitches to a keyboard. I have configured the footswitches on my MFC10 to control Main 1 – 4, Intro 1 – 3, and Ending 1 – 3, but the document covers how this was done, so you can change the assignments to suit your preference. At the end of Appendix 1 it also has a few comments on the use of registration sequences.

Over the years, I've made occasional tweaks to the original document (mainly to assist my own memory, I have to admit), so if you you'd prefer the slightly updated version then you can download it from Guets are not allowed to view links. Good luck with getting it going!   😁

Cheers,
