Hi All,

On YouTube you can find a lot of acapella voices/songs from well known songs. I found for example Phills voice from In The Air Tonight.
I found in my PSR-SX920 the song In The Air Tonight and want to add the singing from Phill to the multi pad.

Can anyone help me with this? The issue in this, is to convert the YouTube video with acapella into a readable format for the Arranger.

On YouTube I found this: https://youtu.be/RqzB8Eg0L7M?si=VOFMheb0nnKCBoGA

If the 920 can make multipads, use Audacity to record your vocal and then export it in WAV format. Then using USB bring it to your 920 and make a multipad of the vocal. I do this with my Genos all the time. You can also use a program like LALAA1 to rip the vocals out of any song and make your multipad from that. Audacity has a lot of info on youtube and google to find out how to do things.

Good Luck,

Rick D.

You'll need to download/get the acapella singing as a file.
In the manual it says to use these, other formats won't be recognised by the keyboard.

Songs (Audio):
WAV (44,1 kHz, 16-Bit, stereo)
MP3 (44,1/48,0 kHz, 64–320 kbps and VBR mono/stereo)

Multipads only use WAV I think, check your manual. But you could play an mp3 as a song through the player if that's the only option you get when downloading.
