RE: SX700 Freezes with ERROR L354 during Voice copy- Why?

Hi.

 I have been playing a style that has an DANCE ORGAN voice without any problems for a very long time. This voice has a very nice emphatic 'echo" sound.
With that said I decided to copy it to my USER area for easy referencing.

  To my surprise the "copy" function froze my SX700 and nothing, no key strokes or menu options would get it out of this state.
      A message was issued stating an error condition as Follows:

                        UNEXPCTED ERROR
                        Turn the power off and on again.
                        ERROR: - OMLSZRJB00
                        L354

  I did turn off/on the keyboard and everything was back to normal.  I tried the copy again and this time I was able to copy it to my "USER" storage.

  Once there, I activated the voice but for some reason it certainly did not sound the same. It sounded flat. That was strange for me to understand why.
 
     At this point I decided to dig into Voice edit to see what made this particular DANCE ORGAN sound the way it did not knowing much about the Voice Edit capabilities of the keyboard,

  First of all it did not reside in my default Organ Voice selection.  So decide to check out the Legacy selection and there it was. Tried and it too sounded flat. 

  Digging into the Voice Edit feature under EFFECT, i noticed a Type of "Dual Rotary Speaker Warm" default depth of 127 and Reverb Depth 17 and options to change
Chorus Depth. I could not change the actual DEPTH as it was grayed out and defaulted to 127.
 
So playing around 1 found that I can change the effects Type. I could not change the actual DEPTH as it was grayed out and defaulted to 127.?
 

 Now I thought that I should bring up the one in the style that I was using and do a comparison.  Well the this one had an EFFECT
TYPE of "Tempo Echo" Depth 53 & Reverb Depth 40 and also noticed that the actual Depth in this one could be changed.

    I did figured out how to change the Legacy one and make it sound the same as the one in the style so that was a good learning experience.

    Now, I would like to understand if the error was really related to the "Copy" function or maybe something else?
