Expansion Voice Editor 1.0

Hello.

My son bought a PSR 2000 and he wanted to create voice. But he needs old software named EXPANSION VOICE EDITOR 1.0.

On the forum we find link but after downloaded the software not look like the same and the icon is SO3 VOICE EDITOR.

Can you help me, my son progress very fast but don't have money for invest in new model
he needs to create voice more efficient .....
