Good morning.
Does anyone know or have John Beesley's V-Console box
I think it's an interesting tool, but I would like to have more precise information from someone who practices it.
I have a Genos1, and I'm looking to improve and enrich the voices of my Geno. Thank you. Kind regards, George

Yes I have had one for a few years, its a really impressive. See the video on his site and it does all as claimed. I only use it occasionally so have not used it to its full potential, but still glad to have it.

I would say it depends on how much you can get one for.
in my experience is if you get a second midi keyboard you can use it to the full potential as you can use multiple voices on  the left hand side as well.
The real question for me is can you mix eight sounds effectively on the right hand,
Ensemble does a similar thing.
Ive set one up not that easy ,but once set up its like having a genos plus

Good morning. I thank you both for your well-explained answers.
So since you know me, I'll ask you two questions.
I will take the solution with download, for practice with my computer.
I am particularly looking for human voices, because I play classical.
if I understood correctly this V-console allows you to increase the number of voices in addition to R1-R2-R3 and left
Then the voices can be played in addition, and at the same time as those of the genos.
These are my questions because the documentation and its demonstration video, I don't understand it
In fact what we are looking for is to add voices and make ensembles with that of Genos.
Thank you for your answers. Sincerely - Georges

Hi Georges
You can add up to eights voices in addition to the Genos voices. Although I have not done this myself I see no reason you cannot set up an ensemble sound using several individual voices for LH and RH. One thing though if you wish to record be aware that the extra voices are the the ones used in MIDI recordings, so are not available for recording. You would therefore use Audio recording.

Cheers
