Thanks for that. Didn't hear much if any sound difference between the two keyboards. Certainly not 6 years of new development worth, IMHO.

The sound in this video is mono and not stereo. Consequently, I don't think we can draw a safe conclusion. Basically it sounds stereo only in the last demo (11:39) until the end, but throughout the previous one it's mono.
However Genos 2 sounds brighter, cleaner and I think the new Reverbs make the difference.

Not sure it's really worth doing this comparison. When you compare a G1 voice against the same voice on G2, it's going to sound much the same. What's actually worth doing is comparing the new voices on G2 against what was available on G1. Most interesting for many people will be the new G2 pianos.

Another worthwhile comparison would be the amount of money required to get this marginal improvement over the G1.
