I would be very grateful and delighted if you would explain to me, step by step, from scratch, how to proceed and to work with Producer.

For your information : I already installed the driver and connected my SX900 with my pc ( USB Cable ) and all works fine.

Hi,

A very interesting discussion but I take the easy way to make styles:

1 - I prepare a midi file (in XGW) to work in a good way using the the channels 9-16.
2 - When done I make a style with OMB (One Man Band)
3 - Finishing the style I use Style Magic Yamaha to translate the instruments to my T4
4 - Of course it needs a little tweaking on the T4
I think the results are good (to me any way)

Look at the video made by Caspar for making a small test songsection in order set the first step and get motivated
In Caspar's video the midi is composed for general use, but normally it is  only to be used on  your SX900

Studying the video is handy when  Producer screen is open at the same time

You know I am an XGWorks fan for many years.
I love this prog very much but SSF2 conversions ( guitar voices !!! )
are a real problem as you know.

For me there is only one problem with Casper's video's.

I do not understand his language at all ( not even one word ) and I need at least 4 eyes to
read the English text and to follow all the important actions  and/or tasks simultaneously.

Casper's video's are very nice, well explained and professional but the spoken language should be in English to make it a lot easier for Casper's international fans like me.
But who am I  ?

You're right, one video can only have one sound, only one language.
If one day Youtube allows to add a new second soundtrack, and the selection we want to listen to, then my recordings will also get English.

Its possible to translate Casper's language to Dutch on the video and replay with a lower speed of the video
Look at the wheel option on youtube

Which function of MixMaster do you mean here exactly? And is this function no longer included in the current MixMaster versions (v21r1.10 or pre-release v21r10)?

The function of MixMaster I mean is StepRecord View.
The latest I have with StepRecord View is version 4.6.6.

You can try "Stille nacht_T5.T160.MID For Tyros5" out with Producer and MixMaster version 4.6.6. in StepRecord View.

"Stille nacht_Genos .T560.mid For Genos" give an error in both programs.
A problem has been encountered in the fuction HpReadKeySignature. etc..

I also use MixMaster version 4.6.6. in StepRecord View to copy StepRecord Midi Song in Older (Tyros Series) Non Midi Songs
And upgrade the song with a new style from the successor keyboard now Genos.

Also handy to moddify Step Record Chords witch are different from the standard Midi Chords.
