Hi all: Can I use my T4 to write music and print it?

It depends on your definition of "write music". You can play and record what you play in a midi file, and the keyboard can display the score, if that helps.

With respect to printing, the keyboard can't do that. You would need to take the midi file to a computer with the right software to get it printed.

Record a MIDI then take it to Notation Musician on your computer. Print out the score and chords. Denn.
