New keyboards styles converter

Hello there! Today I want to ask, if someone has a good converter and revoice program (T4 and T3 to T2). For example, Chris Easdown (sorry, if I wrote your surname incorrectly) and Onacimus have a very good convertions of some T3, T4 and Expansion styles for T2. If someone has good progs, described above, give me please the Google Drive or other cloud link.
