Mark I tried eq through my mixer going to the edifier . Between the vocal and the Karaoke it's those little speakers can not carry the load . It's like singing into a can. For the music it works just fine this is why I want to do separates. I may try the B2050 it might just be enough to carry my vocal out into the room. Thanks for pointing that out to me. You know I did negotiate a price with Muicans friends on the Qsc 8 inch speaker. He was going to let me have it for $70.00 cheaper  brand new in the box. but  backed out when I read this thread yesterday. It seems to be thec musicians in here think that speaker is over kill for the room I'm using so that gave me second thoughts on the acc. As far is me and my wife goes we use head phones coming out of my mixer when ever we record .

The B207D has been around for a while.

Test confirmed !   Hooked up the Edifier to my computer and the bass was exceptional good but where it lacks is the mind and highs. I come to the conclusion that there is no way possible to bring out the mid and high end on these computer Multi media audio systems. The satellite speakers are just too small for that. I would imagine the
Logitech  work on the same principle bass Heavy and mid and high deficiency. I come to the conclusion that a pa speaker is needed possibly the 8 or 10 inch would work. I know some of you think its over kill but if you look at the power rating on those speakers I don't believe they are 1,000 Watts . Those numbers are deceiving . It would be curious to know  just how much wattage those speakers really  do put out.  There is 3 speaker companies I want to research more . There  Like some of the links Mark had posted . JBL/QSC/Yamaha. 8 inch or 10  . Right now the QSC is on sale till end of month. Wow I looked at Sweetwater and all the other large name  on line music store and they are all on back order I wonder what's up with that ? Here is a link Mark posted and it sound pretty darn good and it was in the house  and it appears there was no issue with this set up take a second look at this . ------------->https://youtu.be/jcg76ktVKVo

Just got my QSC cp 12 today . Was going to buy the 8 but they had a big sale on the 12 so I bought it. Hooked it up in my room and she sounds fantastic !  As long as I keep the volume under control I don't have any issues. If I would want to take it outside I will be able to do that, plenty of horse power under the hood.  Crystal clear and clean bottom end. I would highly recommend these  speakers to anyone. I Pole mounted speaker in corrner of room. Tried to send pictures but says file size is to  big

Have tried putting the music content through the speaker along with the vocal(s)? Glad to hear it sounds good  :D

Yes Mark I piped the karaoke into it along with my vocal and it handles everything perfect well balanced . Wow the sax really sounds good through the high end ,Comes right out like a sax player is back in the corner playing live . Ha !! Best sounding speakers I ever herd. To me it was not over powering in the room. I just made volume adjustment on my mixer and it was fine. If I ever want to go out side with it I will have power to spare if I want to crank it up more. This box feels well built. Thanks again for sending all the links to check things out.

QSC speakers are well made and really decent sounding. I actually tried putting my PSR-S900 keyboard through my CP8 the other night and it sounded really good. Yup, you don't need the volume cranked up in a room, but it's there if you need it. I've had mine in the backyard a couple times for a cookout playing guitar with a friend and just playing mp3's through it.
