Some voices end with separate characters. I could find p stands for piano (= soft), f for forte (loud), mf for mezzo-forte (moderately loud). But what do they mean with voices that end with SW (sweep?) and JS?
SX900 and S670
Former keyboards: E433, E463, SX700

JS means joystick, move the stick back and forward to change the sound

MW is the equivalent for keyboards with mod wheels

Not sure about SW

Hi Johan,

"SW" in a Voice name is probably derived from "Switch" (Velocity Switch). Such Voices produce a different sound at higher velocities.

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

If JS is for "joy stick" then maybe SW is for "foot switch" (switch), vs foot pedal.
