Mic settings for VOCODER

Hi,

I am looking for microphone settings so I can use the VH2 functions with MIDI controlling the pitch of my voice but with lead turned all the way down so only the Harmonies come through. It seems easy enough to configure the PSR-S970 to enable the feature but can't find useful microphone settings that sound any good. In fact, it is so bad as to be unusable.

I found a post on this a long time ago with mic settings that worked but can't find it now and the settings I saved have been lost with a need to do a factory reset unfortunately.

Hi Norm,  I stumbled across this youtube where the guy shows all of his settings during the performance. This may help you get to a baseline that works. It took a bit of tweaking to convert to S970 settings but they seem to work OK.
