Hello
I bought a IPS Panel for displaying the midiscore. The IPS Panel has a cable for Power which has a poweradabter similar handy. I connect this to the power. From the genos I go about a logilink usb 3.0 to Hdmi adapter to the panel. From genos the message is comming "Ueberstromfehler bzw. Overcurrent fault".  If I connect it to a pc it works perfect.

Any idea?
Thanks

Please note that Yamaha Genos does not support any USB 3.0 display adapters.  You have to return the USB 3.0 display adapter and buy a USB 2.0 display adapter based on DisplayLink DL-165 or DL-195 chipset.

You can read details in this thread that Genos only supports USB 2.0 display adapters based on DisplayLink DL-165 or DL-195 chipset:

Hi Oli,

the latest official "Compatible USB Display Adapter List for Genos" (as of July 2019) is here:

https://de.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/2/1274342/USB_Display_Adapter_Compatible_List.pdf

By the way: I use an "i-tec USB2HDTRIO" adapter on the Genos without any problems.

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Yes it seems that the Logilink is not supported. I ordered now also the i-tec USB2HDTRIO.
Thank you
