Is it possible to transpose a pdf file in Musescore?   When I import a pdf it goes to queded mode and just hangs there.   Is there any other method or software?  Thank you. Bob

Yes, if the PDF file is readable by Musescore, Bob.  You may need to clean the sheet up prior to the conversion process.

Here's a link to an article I wrote on this subject about three years ago.  :)

Edit:  Ian was posting at the same time as me.  I posted basically the same response to your question, Bob, in the link that Ian provided above.

My best regards,

Ian and Roger:   Thank you for your replies.   Sorry for the ongoing issue and previous post.  So many questions.  I saw a related post showing a pdf and the converted musescore file.   No chord symbols in the conversion.   Also, if using sheet music scanner on an Ipad, I did not think a musecore file was readable there.   Totally confused.   I think Roger mentioned it was hit or miss.  if so,  it does not sound reliable or beneficial to me.
