Hi everyone
I'm a new member.
I've a PSR 2000 and I know styles are "" .sty  ""
My question:
Are styles for A2000 also "" .sty ""  ??
If so where can I find the original factory installed styles on A2000 ?
Thanks

DrakeM

Hello and welcome.

Nope, those styles will not work properly in your keyboard.

The styles you need that will work in your keyboard come from the following keyboards:
PSR-S900
Tyros 2
PSR  3000
Tyros
PSR 2001

You can find them Here at this link starting with the S900
http://www.psrtutorial.com/sty/yamaha/psr-s900.html

You just have to CLICK on the word "Ballad", Ballroom, Country, Dance, ect. to download each of the style packs.

I started out with the PSR2000 also.

Go to the bottom of my style page here:

http://www.psrtutorial.com/sty/collections/drake.html

There you will see over 500 styles that I have ready to go in your keyboard.

If styles have a different extension than .sty you can just change it to .sty. But not all styles sound correct as not all voices are available on each model keyboard. With a bit of luck you will hear a substitute voice or you don't hear it at all.
If the styles are SSF2 and you need SSF1 you can download from this forum (Jososoft) a program made by our great guru Jorgen to convert it.

Hope this helps.
