Interesting to know if anyone has experience of these speakers.

I posted the same question awhile back.  No replies, unfortunately.  I'm really interested in these too, but I'd feel better if I heard good things from a keyboard player on here.

Hi Jim,
I noticed your post after I post mine.  The reviews on YouTube are pretty good. My only concern is the linking cable between the 2 speakers,  not very tidy.

Yeah, you're right.  Most reviews are great.  Right now, I'm running my sound through a mixer to a pair of Peavey KB2s.  On the floor, obviously.  But it's a really small room (extra bedroom, actually) am I'm wondering if I'm really getting decent sound back to my ears.  The KB2s are decent amps, I'm just wondering what I'm missing.  Maybe they're too much for the room?  Don't want to spend a ton of money, but I don't want cheapie speakers that rattle and distort if I push the volume a bit.

I've just been looking around at some other options.  Have you looked at Rokit 6's from KRK?  Lots more power, much lower low-end frequency range, and you can buy a pair with a set of speaker stands and insulating foam pads for $100 more than the IK speakers.  I'm rethinking this.....

Thanks for the Rokit 6's update.  I am looking for something in a small hall with about 50 to 60 people.  I think the Rokit 6's seems to be more suitable than the iLoud.

My focus is different - I don't perform.  For performing, did you consider a good keyboard amp?  Much more portable, and $400 will buy you a whole lot of amp for the money.
