Producer - Version 3.10.0 available

Hello everybody,

there is an updated version (V3.10.0) of Producer available.

Now it is possible playing a song in Producer starting from any measure, not
just from the beginning. I think this feature makes creating songs much more convenient.

Other changes are:

    Enhanced handling of lyrics imported from midi files.
    Added some more checks for handling of midi files not created by Producer.

It is recommended to all users to update to this version.

The program should run on all Windows versions (32bit and 64bit) beginning with Windows XP .
