Favourites. Why are no favourite Registrations allowed, I wonder.

As my User/Style folder fills with folders the _EmptyStyle.sty file I use was disappearing, making me have to go through pages to get to it. This was becoming a pest so (brainwave) I made it a favourite and now it is one place, easy to find quickly.

I went to do the same thing in Registrations with my _EmptyReg.rgt file but it won't allow it, and Registrations doesn't have the favourite 'star' button either, so it's on purpose.

Does anyone know why this is?

Is there any way of having files listed above folders in the pecking order? I found nothing in the Menu  offering options like this.

Registrations are always in alphabetical order, so it's easy to fake any order you want.

Favorites are for presets where you have no control over their placement or order.

It's easy to create a subfolder of favorite registrations.

I guess as I have very few Registrations yet that aren't song specific I haven't really needed a folder that's not holding A-Z songs.
I believe it lists numbers before letters so if I number a folder I can put my EmptyReg and whatever else I find useful in the future into that, and it will should remain on top.

Thanks Fred, for coming to the rescue again.

I'm liking setting up the Registrations. Between using MobileSheets and Playlists (still experimenting with these), I seldom have to actually go through folders looking for anything. It's all set up, but I can still change things at will.  It's good, but I guess there are more uses for Registration I haven't even discovered yet.
