Tyros 4 instrument ID

Hi, I can't export my instrument ID from the owner menu, I can read and write to my usb stick, but every time I want to export the ID file, it says device not connected, anyone who has a suggestion for this error, it must be said I bought it used, I can load new packages onto the memory card 1GB but it says unregistered, kind regards SCK

You say you can load UVN packs into your keyboard so they should work ok. Probably still using original owners ID.

Yes all works by the USB, except export of instrument ID  will it be ok to delete the licence_id.n25 in Tyros and when done I can get my own ?
