Boven de toetsen zijn allemaal pictogrammen te zien over de hele breedte.
Dienen deze nog ergens voor?

As far as I can tell through Google, the translation of your post is, "Above the keys are all icons across the entire width. Do these still serve something?"

In that case, the answer is that these icons represent the type of drum sounds that the keys will produce when one of several drum-kit sounds is selected as the tone.  While different drum-kit sounds assign somewhat different sounds to these keys, they are often similar sound.  So, if a key is labeled with a particular cymbal, for example, the standard drum-kit may produce one type of cymbal sound, while a rock drum-kit may produce a different type of cymbal sound, but it will still be a cymbal.

It is possible that these icons may not represent all of the available sounds for all of the available drum-kits, but they should be accurate for many of them.
