Hello David D  I used EL Scan Slow Rock to play the verse and then Jingle Bell Rock for the Chorus.   I realize that using Jingle Bell Rock for the chorus probably overrides the tune to a degree, but I am hoping that the sound of the chorus can still be heard above the cacophony. I  am hoping that any members listening to the above would comment on this post as I often like to switch to a different style for the chorus when I am playing songs on my PSR 97O. My wife says it drives her insane. Thanks, Yammyfan.

Sorry Yammiefan,

I'm going to have to take your wife's side on this particular song.

Again, sorry

Sorry but those styles don't suit the song at all. As I said try 80's Disco.

Thanks Ron and Eileen. Yesterday I tried to find 80's Disco on my PSR 970 but couldn't find it. I will  look for it again to-day.  Thanks again, for your frank comments.  It is all too easy to get carried  away when playing on one's own, If a person is with a group feed back from others is instantaneous. It is often conveyed by a frown or raised eyebrow. Sometimes a polite comment beginning "I wonder if we did it this way".Yammyfan.

Hi YammyFan,

On the PSR-S970 you will find the style "80sDisco" in the style category "Dance". :)

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
