Soundbar

Hi all,

It has been a while ,not feeling great , health problems.

Still , a question.  Is it possible to hook up a soundbar to my Yammie, what type of connections do they have or are they all different ?

It is possible but the soundbar will need an input which is compatible with your keyboard outputs. All keyboards will have an audio output - headphone jack, line out or digital coax output but not all soundbars have RCA or 3.5mm aux/line in audio inputs. Most have a digital optical input while other have both optical and coax inputs.

A soundbar with aux/line in audio inputs should be compatible with your keyboard. You will need the correct audio cable and audio adapters to connect the two.

If you have a Genos then you can use the digital coax output to a soundbar with a digital coax input.

Unless your keyboard has surround sound capabilities then a 2.1 ch soundbar will do, unless you also want to use it on your TV, then there are a lot of other options.
