Is there any hardware MIDI MSB messages redirecting device which could fix the issue if the voices are in a different MSB location (in a sound module) and Yamaha keyboard calls the voices on 62 & 63 locations (user voices)?

There is free software you can download to program the Event Processor.  It uses a simple text script that is saved as an rtf file.

This little box will convert MIDI messages. It will work for R1 Voices only. I use one of these to to do just you are asking.  I convert MSB from 063 to 036 to call up Voices in my Yamaha Analog synth card.  You must save the dummy pack LSB in YEM to match that of your Voice bank on the external sound module. I created a "dummy pack" in YEM by creating a new Normal Voice with no waveform.  You can name the Voices exactly as named on your external sound module. You can create a list of voices for external instruments like that and save a pack.  When loaded into your keyboard, it will look just like a pack, so you can select sounds from your sound module just like pack voices.  You will also need to create a special MIDI setup to set Local Off for R1 so you don't hear any sounds coming from the arranger keyboard. You will also need to connect the audio output from your external instrument to the Aux audio in on your arranger so your external sounds will blend with the internal sounds on your arranger.
