My Way of Using Mobilesheets and the Genos

1 Select the PDF book to use
2 open a blank spreadsheet
3 insert  individual columns 1st    row

ID           Title    Pages   Keys    Artist    Albums   Sources     Years

4 Fill in the columns with relevant data (only Pages and Albums needed others are optional)
Make sure the pages are the ACTUAL pages and not the index pages as the front page will be counted
5 Save Sheet as a CSV file (Comma Separated Values)
6 Import CSV file in to Mobilesheets Select CSV then Select PDF
7 Select all songs or what songs you want.
8 select Album and songs should have loaded alphabetically.
9 On Genos press PLAYLIST whilst pressing POWER Button (this loads into USB mode with the Host to Computer Cable connected)
10 make Registrations in a folder with name of song in the  E:\REGIST area i.e. E:\REGIST\EZ Play Today Giant Hits No. 6
11 Create a New playlist select LIST and select all registrations used
12 Save Playlist
13 Load Album in MobileSheets
14 Highlight  Song in PLAYLIST
15 Long press or Right click Mouse select EDIT
16 Select MIDI Select the Link Icon (it looks lick a piece of chain)
17 song should be linked to registration (if you get 2 lines of instructions press a different song in PLAYLIST then go back to b
original song and reselect the link icon
18 Press OK to save

I have Put all Files in a folder on DROPBOX This will not be a permanent link but should stay there for a while

I  created 1000 blank registrations to make it easier to transfer to the folders

Thank you for sharing the information.

I have about 900 individual pdf files that I use for performing.  I will try the csv file method.  Should be great for pulling up requests.
