I can't make a Backup

I get a notification that it is not possible to make a Backup because there are too many files in a folder.
This is a bit strange to me because I'm sure I don't have more than 1500 files in any folder. I checked that with TreeSize.
I haven't marked Audio files even though there aren't too many files per folder there either.
I tried with another USB stick, I tried on both slots, front and back, USB format in the keyboard.

Interesting. It seems to me that I will have to create a USER Memory Format because these could be some hidden files in Genos Memory.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Regards, ckobu

Have you tried making a copy of User by linking Keyboard to computer and copying them this way.

That way I always do Backup, so it's clearer.

Hi Ckobu, I had that problem a while back but I found out it was because I had Tyros 5 music finder on the user drive, when I deleted it I could do a back-up Ok . I don't use music finder anyway  ::)

Thanks Terry,
I reviewed that part as well. I had one Playlist but it only has about 1400 records. I deleted it just in case but the situation has not changed, the problem is still present.
