On my PSRS750 I'm using the Hawaiian style in the Worlds section, the CHD2 voice is a Ukulele.  I would like to change CHD1 also to a Ukulele - it currently is a MegaVoice HiStringGtr.  If I change it to a non MegaVoice voice voice, the voice sounds like it has a bunch of "ding ding* sounds.

What can I do?

Mega Voices work differently from the Other Voices.

The Note Mapping Is different.

The best way is to use Style Creators and make your own part in CH2.

What do you mean by "using Style Creators"?

Misu

For me that HiStringGtr is a accompaniment guitar with kind of noise added on the upper side of keyboard.
When you replace with ukulele all higher note for noises = real note of ukulele.
So after replacement you can go with the style in Mix Master, if step edit, on style creator, doesn't work, and delete the <ding ding> notes.
We use frequent in our traditional styles this. Usual we have our own guitars (megavoice, bla, bla) from pack but when we want to replace this one with a factory sound HiStringGtr works very well.
These megavoices with impossibility to play the sound it is, in my opinion, another <protection> to can't let the user to become a pro.
Same with the small edit of sound on YEM; they make the sounds with another software and users never obtain the same quality on YEM.
Sorry if I'm not right; at this moment this is my level of knowledge, I will change my opinion if I will have news.
Good luck.

Mega Voices are specially designed for use in midifiles,
not to play with.
