MixMaster Question

They say their are no stupid questions  but I may test that theory.
If I say what I require  first that might help.
I would like to make some backing tracks for my E233.
I want the backing track to be heard across  the
keyboard as in accompaniment off.
I would like to change key signatures on some midi"s .
Basically I'd like try my hand at editing music.
Could  Mixmaster do this for me?

Hello,

With MixMaster you can change any midi event in a Midi, Style, Multipad or Voice file.
Key signature, Tempo, Volume, Notes, Sy***, ....

Be aware that changing the midi event 'key signature' in the midi file is not changing the pitch of the notes in the midi file.
To change the key of the song you need to transpose all the non rhythm channels to the correct key.

In the manual of the PSR E233 I see that there is no USB connection but only a Midi connection.
To play the song across the keyboard I think you will need a USB to Midi adapter.

Thanks  Etienne..yes I assumed I had a USB as my E433 had one but it died...capacitor problem.
Will go looking for a midi adaptor .
You often(not right now) see people playing gigs at outdoor shows etc keyboard  guitar whatever and they have that karaoke type backing for their playing.

I'm a new member to this forum and VERY new to the PSRs. Can someone tell me where I can download MixMaster? I want to create styles with some new hip hop midi loops I found that are not close to anything thus far I've heard for Yamaha styles.
