Touch screen not responding

Hi there I just sat down to play my genos pressed the touchscreen to make changes and nothing happened I tried factory reset by holding down the far right key whilst the genos is starting up but still no change to the touchscreen has anyone any suggestions please. Thank you

Tried everything from updates re booting hard drive calibration of screen all to no avail so frustrated I got a piece of paper and ran it along the screen in between the screen and sides and hey everything back to normal must have been some dust or something stopping it from responding.
