Uninstall expansion

Hi,

I read in the manual:

"You can uninstall the Expansion Pack data by carrying out the Reset operation for FILES & FOLDERS."

But then,

"When you reset FILES & FOLD- ERS, not only the Expansion Pack data, but all other files and folders in the USER drive are deleted."

I have lots of songs recorded on User Drive, I have made a backup. I know I can load them ( although I am a bit scared) later.

Does anyone know how to do this more efficiently?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
