Recently I bought the MS01 for my Genos for home playing. I like not having so many cables to deal with in regards to having a full PA connected.

After tweaking EQ and Compression on my Genos, I was pleasantly surprised as to the sound I got. Mind you, the MS01 system is not as good sounding with my Genos as any of my PA systems.  But then, my headsets seem to produce a better sound on my Genos than any external PA.

One niggle I will say is the 8 pin connector from the sub to my Genos.  A bit scary when trying to connect the two.

The difficulty connecting the cables with no guidelines has been discussed before on this website. They should have markings to show the
Correct alignment on each end of the cable ends. I had to reconnect once and to find the right alignment was like you say: Scarry.  Lloyd

There is a dent in the plug to help you line it up.

I agree Guitpic1 and Lloyd. My two connections for the multipin plugs are rotated differently by about 90 degrees. l mentioned this back in November of 2017 when I purchased my Genos and stated there should be a mark and or a common standard for these connections and I was basically told by a member on this forum not to be so ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the 8 pin cable is a cheaply made, poor design by any standards.
