A MIDI device to modify on the fly!

I am getting more courageous taking risks with MIDI edits on the cool tunes in Song Mode
During a gig!!
It requires all sorts of inconvenient button pushes to move in the mix mode,  effects crossed 16 voices,  the 3 right hand voices, the style voices... separate volumes for all of these,  separate eq, efx, lots of button pushes

Is there a MIDI device or an app for the iPad that can make these adjustments with less button pushes    best would be dedicated sliders buttons

You have to look for a midi mixer editor, software or hardware
I use XgWorks it got a nice Midi mixer editor software sequencer
At the moment not ready for the Genos
but it will in the futere
sombody have to make a voice ini file for the Genos
