Hi Seagull

Thank you for replying, I have got the CMS choir sounds they are good, I checked out the samples of the Concert Choir Pack, they sound completely  different, I was really checking out if any members had this Choir pack before paying out for it.

I was interested in the the post by Seagull29 re the CMS Sound Design choir voices. I would like to experiment with using these sort of voices and the fact that some of them at least, are free, was an added attraction.
However when I followed the link, selected a choir voice and then pressed download I just got a page of hieroglyphics.
I must be doing something wrong but as I don't speak any German I can't make out what I should be doing. The Home page does allow you to switch to English but then I couldn't find any downloads.
If any member could provide any guidance it would be appreciated.

It sounds as if your browser or OS is automatically opening the file and displaying its contents.  Perhaps you have the file extension associated with a program.

If you are using Windows, try right clicking on the download button, then selecting 'Save link as...'.

The downloaded files should have a '.ppf' extension.

Use another browser,   Edge causes that problem....

Many thanks Ian and Ton for your help. In fact both of your suggestions worked fine and I have been able to download some sounds to try. I was using Google initially but on trying Firefox it worked straight away.
Many thanks again

I had to install Fire fox to download these samples to. I normally use Micro Soft Edge.

That's interesting Eileen because on further inspection the samples I had downloaded with Google although they appeared to be ok would not load into YEM. The Firefox samples however loaded successfully. Wonderful things these computers!!!   Regards Stuart L
