Help please for a sample/yem NEWBIE

Hi guys I have a new S975 and I'm just trying to install my first sampled sound which I obtained from that CMS DESIGN free site. I got the PPF file of an opera sample. I copy and pasted it to my USB and it shows up. But when I press function and try to install it only shows my two regular folders with midi files but I can't open them through the expansion manager installation on keyboard. Any help would be appreciated on how to do it properly as I can't lol.
