Hello everyone,

It has been many weeks since I posted anything and even come to the forum and there was a"good" reason for this.
In April I has a mild heartattack, finished up in hospital where they suggested I need a triple bypass. The day after admission it was postponed because of a bladder infection that needed clearing up before proceeding.. Well I spent 10 weeks in hospital because thing never go as expected. Anyway , I am almost recovered, apart from memory loss and a few hiccups like this.

Thanks to Roger who sent me some very nice words over this period , always very much appreciated.,

I tried to send a message like this yesterday, but I must have made a blue somewhere 'cause I can't find it anywhere on the forum.  I will turn 87 in December and unlike Gary I am not that old really☺☺☺

Dutch saying : "The devil is old and his mother older still"

Glad to be back,

Ton

Hi Ton,

Hospitals are like auto mechanics, you go in for one thing and they find a few more things that have to be fixed as well. ;D

Glad you are on the mend and back online with us. ;)

Hi Ton
Didn't know you had the medical issue but glad that you are back.
My dad had the triple bypass when he was 62 then has been living on for the next 30 years and passed away at 92. You can too.
Take care.

You may have had a rough ride recovering from your surgery, but now it's in the past and like Ted says, you can look forwards to many great years
