BBC News Theme (Midi to Keyboard Problem) PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm having a Problem when i load it up on the keyboard ( Instruments gets mixed up)

Can Someone please help me

It is how it was made Norman.
The author used all channels with lot's of sounds for a better result.

Hi Norman,

What exactly do you mean when you say "Instruments gets mixed up"?

Looking at your original MIDI in 'MixMaster' reveals that here are a huge number of MIDI events all at M:B:T: 1:1:0000, which is a lot for the player to process all at the same time!

There are also some strange anomalies with the voicing.

On many of the channels there are two voice definitions (program change events), both at exactly the same time (M:B:T 1:1:0000)!
There are no further voice change events after this time.

Normally the voice that is used will be the last one selected, but since on these channels the PCs are at the same time, I don't know how the MIDI player in the keyboard will decide which is the last one and hence which voice it will use!  It would be a good idea to delete the voice events for one of the voices (the voice that you don't want to use) on these channels.

Also, although channels 4,6,9, and 11 contain 'setup' events including program changes for the voice, they don't contain any note events, so you don't need to worry about anything on them! They could actually be deleted if you want to make the file smaller.

Despite this, the original MIDI plays fine on my Tyros4, although it is completely dry with no reverb or effects, and in my opinion adding these improves the sound.

Ian, I am not sure but I guess the problem Norman is facing is that there are no main melody lines in one or two main channels so this makes it too difficult to learn the theme from the combination of notes distributed between many midi channels.

Here's the problem,
The channel voices aren't what it's supposed to be.
Most noticable Voice, Strings   
The Midi Mix in Musescore and others showed Stings
But the keyboard doesn't register it.

That's not a problem Norman.
You can revoice each track with a voice you like from your keyboard and then save the new midi song.
Use the mixing console for that.

1.Press song and select the midi file.
2.Function -->  F -->  song creator
3.Press mixing concole
4.Change the voice of the channel or channels(press C button for that)
5.Press escape
6.You are back to song creator now to the REC MODE
7.Go to the 2nd tab called Channel
8.Navigate down to the 5th line called Setup
9.Under setup is an EXECUTE order, press it
10.To the right you see SAVE button,press it
11. Save the midi with a new name.

You have a newer model and maybe the tabs are little different but the process is the same for all models.

I did that with the help of your Screen Shot,
But I'm still not near my satisfactory mark,
Even correcting the voice
(Drum)
It still sounds odd

I guess there's so much happening the keyboard is dumping parts.
If it's possible you could record it with the changes made
I'll send you my recording too.

The keyboard does what the midi tells it to do.
A midi song always sounds differnet in every program or keyboard that is playing.
To make it sound good as possible in a specific keyboard it needs revoicing,add effects,altering the volumes etc and it needs a lot of time and experiment to do these things and have a better result than the original.
It is like modifying a style from an older keyboard.

I loaded it on my T5 and it played OK, with a bit of revoicing and DSP it was getting there.

What do you mean by 'sounds odd'
