free on-line photo editor ?

Hello Forum Friends

I have been using Pixlr a free on-line photo editor.  It has some basic functions such as adjusting color, contrast, resolution, cropping, rotation, etc.  I really liked it, unfortunately, it is no longer available.

I have been searching for another free on-line photo editor and found a couple.  However, they are extremely limited with only cropping and rotation, you really cannot adjust the picture any other way.

Some have addware, malware, etc.

Does anyone know of a good option ?  Something you have used and know it is good.
