Norm, the guitar sounds like a dobro guitar. Do you want this guitar sound on your keyboard, or do you wish to purchase a dobro guitar?

It would be fairly easy to simulate on the keyboard, just by combining a banjo and mandolin, then doing a bit of tuning with the effects and EQ.

Hi Norman,

I went to the wiki page for this band to see what instruments are listed that the band uses. This sounds like a guitar player who is palming her strings as she is picking the notes.

In this clip at 1:08:00 you can see the girl guitar player;

Seeing her play in the video, she doesn't seem to be palming the strings, so she has to be using some sort of a distortion device peddle.

On your keyboard try a "Muted Guitar" voice and add a lot of reverb and/or echo to it.

As she is using a distortion device, you can hunt through "Synth&FX" sounds (as well as other guitar voices) on your keyboard to find the best voice. Just remember to add a lot of Reverb and/or Echo to it.

If you look close Its the keyboard player above her playing that part.
When he stops her sound is totally differant.
