In the World section of your keyboard's styles, look for Norteno, set the tempo at 70, and begin with the "B" variation for the main body of the song. As for that long, drawn out intro, that is something that really does not require a style, so I would just select a soft background, and create a multi-pad for those weird sounds.

Both Gary's and Hans's suggestions are excellent for playing with piano or brass instruments.
I combined different parts for a more synthi-vintage version.

You are right Peter, is a 1982 song.
Nice song but probably got "banned" at that time because of the movie?
I couldn't find it in any chart.
The girl that sings is a former model and also acting at the movie.
