Good evening, everyone, and welcome.
Excuse my ignorance, but I can't get to the bottom of this dilemma.
I have three preset voices. I inserted them with Cubase into a midi file. All OK!
Their sound does not satisfy me so I edit them on keyboards in "Voice Edit" and save them in User.
Of course it won't let me save them in Presets.
However, how do I use my edited voices and insert them into a midi file if I don't know the MSB, LSB, and Program Change parameters?
How and where can I find the edited voices? Is there any software to replace the presets? And finally, is there software to edit the voices?
I understand that I am weird and ask strange questions but honestly the Genos is a bit too "closed" a keyboard.
Maybe it's just me being inexperienced. Can you please help me out? Thanks to those who would like to answer.... have a good evening

User Voice will have the same MSB, LSB and Program Change as the preset sound, but with such sound there are also other System exclusive controls. You have to write all that together in the Cubase tape and the sound will work correctly only then. Watch this video. Activate subtitles.

A thousand thanks!!!! You have been great! Especially congratulations to whoever created the software is really helpful!!!

Sorry to ask this again, but I would like to know if is there any software to edit the voices?

On the keyboard it is a bit complicated, it would be nice to have one. Anyway again a world of thanks! Best regards

I'm glad I helped. You can also edit voices in the YEM application. This is much more detailed than what is done in the keyboard. Watch the video.

Dear Ckobu, first of all again thank you for your advice. I installed MixMaster and it works perfectly. I followed the procedure shown in the video, but unfortunately only the notes and some sy*** commands appear in the Monitor View. In the MIDI menu of the Genos I use "All Parts" and I have given permission to send all the parameters. But unfortunately it doesn't go. Do you have any suggestions for me please? I am literally going crazy! Thank you very much, I look forward to your kind feedback.

My problem is that I can't figure out where to find the edited sounds that are in the "User."

MixMaster always gives me the Presets parameters.... I can't set the edited sounds.

I don't know if I was clear .... thank you for your help, you are very kind

Watch this video. The difference between the factory and User voice is in the two lines related to the parameters I adjusted.
You have to enter those two lines in Cubase and you will have your User voice in the MIDI channel.

Dear Ckobu, here I am again begging you to help me. I have watched your video a hundred times on how to edit sounds with YEM, but I just can't get anything done. I don't understand how I can put the original Genos sounds, for example a JazzRotary JS, into YEM. I have tried using a DX7 pack but the sounds are blocked.
How can I save the sounds on a flash drive and then use them. Sorry to bother you again but I just can't get going. Can you please help me out?
Thank you very much have a good day
